DRAFTING POLICIES

  • Process review
  • Drafting policies and procedures
  • Sending draft policies and procedures to client for reviewing
  • Arranging an appointment for the closing meeting

CLOSING MEETING

  • Presenting policies for senior management and executives
  • Discussing the processes
  • Summarizing result
  • Conducting final policies and procedures
